Varsity Made Purchased Stored-Value Credits

“Purchased Stored-Value Credits” are non-cash credits issued by Varsity Made that may be redeemed solely for eligible purchases on Varsity Made platforms. Purchased Stored-Value Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

Purchased Stored-Value Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of issuance. For California residents, Purchased Stored-Value Credits remain redeemable until used or replaced, and Varsity Made does not impose service, dormancy, or inactivity fees, except as permitted by applicable law.

For Texas residents, Purchased Stored-Value Credits that remain unused or inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be deemed abandoned and reported or remitted in accordance with Texas unclaimed property laws. To the extent such funds are returned to or retained after the applicable statutory period, Varsity Made may retain an administrative fee of up to fifty percent (50%) of the unused balance to offset reasonable program administration costs, with the remaining balance retained by Varsity Made.

Purchased Stored-Value Credits may not be transferred, resold, or combined with other offers unless expressly authorized by Varsity Made, and are void where prohibited by law.
